Refunds and Returns Policy

Once we’ve delivered your boxes, we are unable to offer a refund. If you want the cancel the delivery, we need 24 hours notice.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and provide a resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
